There are various ways to maintain good battery health. One of them is to only charge your phone when the battery is very low. Some people charge their phones when the battery is like above 50%. We should avoid that and only charge our phones when the battery is below 20%.

Another way is to avoid overcharging. Overcharging can affect your phone a lot as the battery gets more power than it can contain. Overcharging can ruin the battery and reduces its health gradually. So, we should unplug our phones as soon as they are done charging and reached 100%.
